As a member of the R&D team, you will contribute to a highly skilled multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers with a diverse range of talents and experience. You will be responsible for designing, characterizing and modeling the operation of novel semiconductor devices. You will be working closely with the research and process development teams.
This position requires extensive experience in one or more of compound semiconductors such as GaAs HEMTs, semiconductor lasers or LEDs as well as a solid background in optoelectronics.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5-10 years of industry experience in semiconductor device development and a PhD in Electrical Engineering or Physics
TCAD - tools experience would be a plus.
